Help with this site,PLEASE

I can't seem to figre this site out. How to get to my profile so I can work on it. How to read replies after I replied to someone. I'm not usually this dumb.   Any body with easy answers please help.

There's been alot of changes on the board, so even i have problems sometimes...sometimes you have to go to the "My OH" link, and sometimes you have to go to the "user settings" link.

But, if you post, and someone replies, you just have to hit reply back and start typing. Or, just click on the original link to the post.

Did those answers help you, or do you still need help.  I am not sure if you know this, but in the last couple of months if even that much, OH changed the site and I think we are all having trouble navigating. But keep asking and I will try and help you out too.
